Methodology & Data Sources

We Show You the Kitchen, Not Just the Dish

Every score in our reports is built from visible inputs, stated assumptions and a documented model. You can disagree with our inputs — but you will always see them. This page explains exactly how the analysis works.

The Scoring Model

Six Factors. Every Creator. Every Time.

Each influencer receives a 0–100 score on six independent dimensions. No single number — like follower count — can dominate the result.

Factor 1

Audience Match

Does their audience match your buyers?

  • Country & language match
  • Age & gender distribution
  • Interest alignment
  • Income-level signals
Factor 2

Engagement Quality

Engagement that means something — not raw likes.

  • Likes-to-followers ratio
  • Comment quality & depth
  • Saves / shares where visible
  • Consistency over 90 days
Factor 3

Authenticity

Is the audience even real?

  • Fake-follower share estimate
  • Sudden follower spikes
  • Bot-like & repeated comments
  • Engagement-to-follower mismatch
Factor 4

Content Fit

Will your brand look right on their feed?

  • Visual style & tone
  • Niche relevance
  • Values alignment
  • Quality of past promotions
Factor 5

Commercial Intent

Does this audience actually buy?

  • "Where can I buy?" comment signals
  • Natural product integration
  • Past sponsored-post performance
  • Promo-to-organic engagement gap
Factor 6

Cost Efficiency

Is the fee worth the output?

  • Cost per 1,000 impressions
  • Estimated cost per click
  • Estimated cost per acquisition
  • Break-even orders required
The Process

How a Report Is Produced

1

Brand analysis

We study your product, price point, margin, target customer and campaign goal — the analysis is optimised for your economics, not generic benchmarks.

2

Creator screening

Candidate influencers are scored on all six factors using public profile data and engagement sampling across the preceding 90 days.

3

Fraud & risk check

Authenticity signals are reviewed separately — a creator with strong engagement but high bot indicators is flagged regardless of other scores.

4

ROI modelling

We forecast views → clicks → orders → revenue → profit using niche-specific conversion benchmarks, and present the result as a range, never a single number.

5

Analyst review

A human analyst examines every report before delivery. Algorithmic output alone is never sent to a client.

6

Post-campaign reconciliation

For tracked campaigns we compare predicted vs actual ROI — and feed the result back into our benchmarks. Our model improves with every campaign.

The Mathematics

The Base ROI Model — In Full

The same formula powers our free calculator. The full reports add verified inputs, risk adjustment and range modelling on top of it.

Estimated Revenue = Expected Views × Click Rate × Conversion Rate × Average Order Value Estimated Profit = Estimated Revenue × Profit Margin ROI = (Estimated Profit − Influencer Cost) ÷ Influencer Cost × 100 Inputs are always stated in the report (e.g., CTR 1.4% — beauty Reels benchmark · CVR 2.1%). Outputs are presented as ranges reflecting input uncertainty (e.g., ROI +28% to +52%).
Our Commitments

What We Will and Won't Do

We never

  • Guarantee sales, revenue or campaign outcomes
  • Present a single "exact" ROI figure
  • Score a creator on follower count alone
  • Send raw AI output without analyst review
  • Collect private personal data unnecessarily

We always

  • Show the formula, inputs and assumptions behind every number
  • Express forecasts as ranges with confidence context
  • Flag fraud signals even on otherwise strong profiles
  • Include at least one "avoid" finding when the data warrants it
  • Use public data and official sources, handled responsibly
